Le Corbusier has a very economical, logical and proportional approach because he is designing for mass production. Le Corbusier relates buildings to machines. Most people however want unique housing and generalised housing formats are not appreciated by many. For instance a deaf person would not be able to live in a house designed for a basic family. His ideas is seen sometimes in modernism where we live in prefabricated houses.

yes i do. Architecture has continuously been changing and evolusionalising. New technologies and forms of buildings keep being invented. For instance, sustainable architecture has become a predominant characteristic in architecture also deconstructive architecture is bring thought. Creating new architecture continues to exist.
